Bespoke commercial interiors

Bespoke means designed for the way your business uses a space—not simply more expensive finishes. For a store or office, the strongest starting point is a clear understanding of customers, staff, storage, workflows and the existing premises.

Write a brief around everyday use

Identify the activities the space must support. Retail briefs may include browsing, consultation, display, checkout and stock handling. Office briefs may include arrival, focused work, collaboration and shared facilities. Establish which areas need flexibility as the business changes.

Balance custom and standard elements

A reception desk or display system may justify custom millwork; other pieces may work well as selected standard products. Compare appearance, fit, availability, maintenance and installation—not only whether an item is bespoke. Coordinate power, lighting and other services with the relevant project professionals.

Make the scope understandable

Record fixed fixtures separately from loose furniture, technology and business equipment. Confirm landlord requirements and existing conditions with your project team. The office calculator is a general fit-out proxy, not a specialist clinical or laboratory rate; retail has its own benchmark and exclusions.

Consulting that connects the decisions

Consultony supports space planning, materials, custom-detail development and fabrication coordination. Tony works with reputable contractors to complete the work. A clear brief and comparable contractor scopes give you a better basis for choosing an approach than a collection of disconnected quotations.
