Test layouts against the brief before committing. Balance open areas with enclosed rooms, consider acoustics and daylight, and allow flexibility for change.

Technology, furniture and moving

Office buildings often have rules for working hours, deliveries and contractor access. Confirm landlord requirements and permit needs with your project team so the schedule reflects them.
