We design dining rooms, bars, cafés and quick-service spaces across Toronto and the GTA with both in mind — layout, lighting, materials, acoustics and the details guests touch every day.
With Consultony’s fabrication knowledge, the custom elements that define a restaurant — the bar face, banquettes, host stands, feature walls and millwork — are designed with production in mind from the start. That means fewer surprises between the design presentation and opening night.
Whether you are opening a first location, refreshing an established room, or rolling out a concept across multiple sites, we can lead design development and coordinate with your architect and reputable contractors who complete the work.

Do you consult on restaurant projects outside Toronto?
Yes. We are based in the Greater Toronto Area and work across Canada, with remote collaboration available for projects worldwide.
Can you help develop custom restaurant elements?
Yes. We help develop millwork, bars, banquettes and feature elements with fabrication in mind, coordinating with the contractors and fabricators responsible for making and installing them.
Do you work with existing architects or contractors?
Yes. We lead design development or support your existing team with fabrication strategy and coordination. Reputable contractors complete the construction work.
